If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted immediately in regards to receiving a replacement. If a replacement is not acceptable you have the right to terminate the sale and we will refund the amount charged to you.
It is prudent to order your purchase in advance to allow for unanticipated delays with shipping. Cutie Patootie Beauty Boutique is not liable for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Government holidays do not count. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
It is important to provide the correct shipping information. We will deliver to the card holders billing address only. We will not deliver to an alternative address.
Note that purchases of high value amounts must be verified with proper physical photos of the customer’s ID as well as the card used for purchase before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions. This is for the security of our company and others.
Orders placed before 3 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.
We offer Priority 1 – 3 Business Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping.
Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
Sorry, we do not take responsibility if USPS delays the delivery of your package as it is 100% out of our company’s control.
